Should you for any reason be unable to register online please contact Emma Villa at JC Conferences who will be able to help you (emma@jcconferences.co.uk / 020 7384 2363).
All hotel charges other than those specified as being included within your relevant delegate rate description are the responsibility of the individual delegate and must be settled directly with the hotel on departure.
Registration Deadline
Whilst the Delegate Management Team at JC Conferences will do their utmost to ensure all delegates requirements are accommodated for in the lead up to the event it would be greatly appreciated if all delegate registrations could be received NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 29TH OCTOBER, 2010. This will allow us time to fully prepare for the event and brief the hotel of requirements.
We fully appreciate in some cases this may not be possible and late registrations will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Please note late registrations cannot be guaranteed acceptance, especially where accommodation may be required and this will be subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

Bursaries
WES has a number of bursaries available to assist people to come to conference. They are available to students and those on reduced incomes. If you feel you need the benefit of a bursary please contact the WES Office before registering for either the main conference or the Doris Gray student conference.

2010 Annual Conference<br />Making Digital Britain - Inspiring future changes
Welcome to the WES Annual Conference is the premier event in the UK connecting and inspiring women at all career stages in engineering, technology and science. Hear from the leaders in the field of engineering science and technology on tackling change and how to plan for a digital future. Invited speakers include technical leaders, thought leaders and personal development professionals.
In 2010 the WES Annual Conference will also combine with the WES Doris Gray Student Conference, the inaugural conference for which was held in Edinburgh in 2009 and attended by 40 students.

The Venues
The main WES Conference, incorporating the Doris Gray Student Conference will be held at Kenwood Hall in Sheffield.
Set in 12 acres of attractive parkland, yet only one mile from the city centre, Kenwood Hall has just recently undergone extensive refurbishment to bring in a more modern contemporary feel.
The WES Annual Gala Dinner will be held on Friday evening at the beautiful Cutlers Hall. This Grade II listed building is the most prestigious venue in Sheffield, offering you unequalled style, service and elegance.
Event Format
The Wes Annual Conference will start at 1000hrs on Friday morning at Kenwood Hall. A series of presentations and workshops will run throughout the day, and guests will then be transported to Cutlers Hall in the evening for the Gala Dinner, with entertainment and guest after dinner speaker. Students attending the WES Doris Gray Conference are also invited to join the Gala Dinner to network with industry professionals.
On Saturday, the main WES Annual Conference will continue, with some sessions being combined with the Wes Doris Gray Student Conference. It is planned for two streams to run in the afternoon allowing delegates to choose their preferred presentations or workshops to attend.
The main WES Annual Conference formally closes on Saturday afternoon, and an informal buffet supper will take place at Kenwood Hall on Saturday evening for those delegates staying overnight.
On Sunday the WES Doris Gray Student Conference will continue with further presentations and workshops, closing with luncheon.
