There are many hotels available in London. We recommend reserving your room early to secure a good rate. October is a busy time in London for events.

Hotels that WES members have recommended close, or in easy travelling distance, to the conference venue are:

Tavistock Hotel in Tavistock Square (£69 per night) on the No. 68 bus route from Waterloo Bridge. Rooms can occasionally be found from £47. Several WES members have already booked in here. It's basic and clean and was recently refurbished, but it does fill up quickly.

Euston Thistle near Euston Station.

Park Plaza, Westminster – self catering apartments.

Hotel Russell in Russell Square.

The Strand Palace on the Strand. This is the closest hotel to the conference venue (apart from the Savoy Hotel).
