'Getting there' will offer a fabulous forum to showcase your company and your talented staff, offering them the chance to connect, network and inspire the next generation of technical women. With policy, technological development, manufacturing, infrastructure, sustainability and engineering innovations in all aspects of road and rail transportation there are opportunities for all.

The event will feature submitted and invited papers and career development in leadership. Several sponsorship opportunities are on offer, from headline sponsor to student bursary offers.

As well as the core sponsorship packages (gold, silver and bronze) we are also looking to tailor packages to the requirements and budget of individual organisations. We are also keen to explore longer term partnerships and are happy to discuss sponsorship and branding opportunities in return for resources (such as volunteers) and general support, for example:

• Sector specific workshops or training
• Student Bursary Programme – four students selected through competition, four staff and a lunch table with signage for £1,250. Further details are available on a separate sheet
• Schools education and engagement activity with local schools or a workshop on inspiring girls
