Constructing Excellence in Wales

Sally has recently taken the post as Director for the Wales Low/Zero Carbon Hub. She is a chartered civil engineer and chartered environmentalist. As Chair for the Institution of Civil Engineers Wales Cymru she has adopted the theme of "sustainable construction and celebrating engineering" and has led a programme of events to raise awareness across industry. She has a successful track record of delivering workshops with the Constructing Excellence Team over recent years in her role with the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management Welsh branch committee. She is an ambassador for sustainable construction for infrastructure and the built environment, and is also a qualified CEEQUAL assessor. As trustee for the charity Engineers for Overseas Development (EFOD) she also supports sustainable construction in developing countries.

Sally has been proud to be a member of WES for many years.
